If you have paid for an unavailable product or placed a custom order for an item that is out of stock, we will notify you within 2 working days of your purchase if there will be a delay in delivery. We will also proactively update you on the status of your order via your registered mobile number or email address.

We do not ship to post office box addresses and cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of orders if they are sent to a P.O. box and not received by the customer.
