  • DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?

Yes we do ship internationally, and it generally takes approximately 15 days, depending on the country. Cash on Delivery facility is not available for international orders. International orders are not eligible for returns and exchange.

 

  • ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING CHARGES ON DELIVERY?

Shipping anywhere in India for orders value >1999 is free. In case of international orders, shipping charges are applicable.

 

  • WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SHIPMENT DOES NOT GET DELIVERED ON TIME?

  • HOW CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

To make a cancellation, Please contact customer support at +918017887419 within 24 hours from the time of order placed. You can also write to our customer support team via email: care@vastramay.com .

 

  • WHAT HAPPENS TO ORDERS WHERE PRODUCTS ARE RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION/ IF I RECEIVE A DIFFERENT ITEM FROM THE ONE THAT I HAVE ORDERED?

In that case, please write to us at our customer support email: care@vastramay.com or text us on WhatsApp: +918017887419 and share the images of the defective/wrong product received. For our records it is necessary to share an Unboxing Video of the defect for our return center verification. We will do our best to help you with the delivery of the correct product.

 

  • WITHIN HOW MANY DAYS OF PURCHASE CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

You can return the product within 7 days of receiving it.

 

  • WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND/EXCHANGE PRODUCT?

Upon return, you will be notified and the article will undergo a quality check. The exchange order will then be dispatched and you will receive it within 7-10 working days. Refunds will be initiated with 7 business days.

  • WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE PRODUCT PURCHASED IS OUT OF STOCK?

We aim to keep stock of all products listed on our website. In case you have made payment for a product that is unavailable or made a custom order for a product that is unavailable, we will communicate the same to you within 2 working days of your purchase, in case it would take longer to deliver. You could then either substitute your purchase with another product that is available on the website or the money will be duly refunded. We will make proactive attempts to communicate the User about the status of the order on his/her registered mobile number or email address.

 

  • DO YOU TAKE ORDERS FOR POST OFFICE ADDRESSES?

We do not ship to post office box address(es) and do not take any responsibility for non-delivery of orders incase an order is delivered to p. o. box and not received by the customer.
