​​1. We offer 7 days of hassle-free returns & exchanges from the date of delivery and a further 7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We offer a ‘no questions asked’ exchange policy for all (reverse shipping to be done & borne by the customer).

2. Kindly make an unboxing video of the package received. Please note, that the return request will only be accepted when the unboxing video along with your Order Number will be shared through WhatsApp @+918017887419.

3. Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are found without tags, washed or returned in poor condition, or have been worn, a refund will not be provided.

4. The refund will be initiated within 7 business days of receiving the return.

5. Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable.

6. You can get in touch with us about any issues at our customer support portal by dropping a message on WhatsApp or calling @+918017887419.  All queries will be solved between Monday-Saturday, 10 am- 7 pm. All pending queries will be solved on priority the next day.

7. Cancellations will only be possible within 24 hours of placing the orders.

8. To maintain strict hygiene standards for our products, we do not accept returns & exchanges on certain product categories, including pet wear & masks.
