Shipping Policy
1. Delivery Options: At checkout, you can choose the delivery speed that works best for you:
- Fast-Track Delivery – Get your order delivered by Day 4 for an additional ₹99.
- Standard Delivery – Get your order delivered within 7 business days, absolutely free.
Delivery timelines are calculated from the date of order confirmation/dispatch and may vary slightly based on your pin code and courier serviceability. Sundays and public holidays are not counted as business days, and delivery timelines (including Fast-Track) will be extended accordingly. This option is available at checkout and is applicable per order.
2. Timely Delivery: Vastramay makes reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery within the timelines selected at checkout. While we strive to meet these timelines, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, courier delays, or regional disruptions may occasionally affect delivery.
3. Shipping Origin: All products are shipped from our warehouses in Kolkata & Mumbai, India, to the provided shipping address. We partner with third-party courier services such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, and DHL to facilitate deliveries.
4. Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will make three delivery attempts at the specified address. If the package remains undelivered after this, the courier will return it to our warehouse and inform us of the non-delivery.
5. Customs and Duties: We do not charge any customs or import duty fees during the order process. Charges such as customs duties, local sales tax, and clearance fees are determined by local government bodies and are beyond our control. Customers are responsible for any customs or import duties, local sales tax, or clearance charges as per their country's regulations. Any customs duties or taxes assessed by the relevant authorities must be paid by the customer.
6. Complete Address Required: Customers must provide a complete street address along with pin code details when placing an order.
7. Processing Days: Orders are processed on weekdays, from Monday to Saturday, excluding national or declared holidays. Fast-Track Delivery timelines begin from the date of order confirmation/dispatch, not the order placement date.
8. Shipping Fee: Orders below ₹999 will incur a standard shipping charge of ₹99 (applicable on Standard Delivery). If Fast-Track Delivery is selected, an additional ₹99 will be charged regardless of order value.
9. Multiple Product Orders: If you order multiple products in one transaction, we will try to ship them together; however, this may not always be possible. Only one shipping address can be processed per order. If you want to ship items to different addresses, each address will be treated as a separate order. Note: Fast-Track Delivery may not be available for orders shipped in multiple parcels.
10. P.O. Box Addresses: We do not ship to post office box addresses and cannot take responsibility for non-delivery if an order is sent to a P.O. box and not received by the customer.
11. Product Availability: We strive to keep stock of all products listed on our website. If you place a custom order for an unavailable product, delivery may take longer, and Fast-Track Delivery timelines may not apply. We will proactively communicate the status of your order via your registered mobile number or email.
12. Responsibility for Packages: Vastramay is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or any damages to the package after it has been left at the customer's address by the courier agency.
13. Order Alteration Requests: Once an order is placed, no alterations can be made, except for address changes within 24 hours of the order. Please contact us with your alteration request, and we will accommodate it where possible. Note: Delivery option (Fast-Track/Standard) selected at checkout cannot be changed once the order is confirmed.
14. Multiple Address Orders: Currently, we do not offer the option for multiple address orders. If you wish to send products to different addresses, you will need to place separate orders.
15. Shipping Address Accuracy: Courier companies impose penalties for incorrect shipping addresses, so please ensure your shipping details are accurate. If an order needs to be reshipped due to address issues, customers will be responsible for the reshipping charges, and original delivery timelines (including Fast-Track) will no longer apply.
16. Tracking Your Order: Upon order confirmation, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. Your order can be tracked through the "Track Order" section in your account on our website. International Shipping
International Delivery: Vastramay ships to any street address in India or abroad using international delivery partners like DHL and FedEx. All products are dispatched from our Kolkata warehouse as quickly as possible. Shipping and delivery times may vary based on the working hours and policies of the courier partners in the respective countries. Fast-Track Delivery is currently available for domestic (India) orders only.
