HOW DID VASTRAMAY HAPPEN?
Like many good ideas, it all started with a bit of desi nostalgia.
Vishal Drolia, the brain behind Vastramay, was in London when he had this game-changing thought:
"While in London, I missed India’s cultural celebrations, the stylish kurta, the pride of draping a dhoti, and the joy of wearing sherwanis at grand weddings were nowhere to be found. This made me think, why not celebrate these traditions and showcase India to the world?" — Vishal.
And that’s how Vastramay was born, bringing India’s rich ethnic style to the forefront, one outfit at a time.
